By registering in our site, you are also automatically registered to our monthly newsletter. This email will be sent on a monthly bases unless special news need to be delivered.

If you are sending us your work, You are solely responsible for all video content,

You may not submit Video Content that contains any pornographic, infringing,
hate-related, violent or illegal content.
We will complete the credits for your work in the best way possible. We will send a email confirming the additions of your work on the site. Please send back any comments or changes so we can address them and make the necessary modifications. We receive the right to reject, suspend access to or remove any video or user from Los Cortos website
If there are Copyright issues brought by third parties, we will maintain an open dialog between the creators of the work and the parties bringing up the Copyright issue. We will do our best to solve the problem amicably.
There is no Revenue Sharing at this moment. Any advertising on the site, on any application, any revenue received for selling merchandising about the site is used to cover the cost of expanding and maintaining the site and the applications. Revenue Sharing will apply when and/or if the Short Films are sold. Before any Short Film is to be sold, instructions will be sent to the people submitting the Short Films, explaining the Revenue Sharing model and asking for limited distribution rights.
All work continues to belong to the appropriate artist. Los Cortos does not own any of the material on the site nor has any legal matter on them.
